what a day i tells ya.

So friday during my contract negotiations we are maybe a smigion away from each other, and I'm willing to move that simgion.

Today however it is like they were reading from an entirely different book

for example:
I asked for: 20400 /year Gross + vacation pay
they offered: 19200 /year Gross including vacation pay

not to far off, definitely something that is a workable solution
they come back today with: 14000 / year Gross including vacation pay

I don't know exactly how that is supposed to make me feel, but I'm gonna find me a job where I'm not being bent over i think..
lets see I'm taking on more responsability, doing more work, and have a lot more to answer for, and they feel the need to give me a 25 cent an hour raise and put my vacation pay in as a bonus..

something tells me this is very very wrong.
